Ordering
Orders can be placed online, or by email, phone or fax.
Online orders can be placed 24/7/365. Email and fax orders can be done anytime and will be processed during your local distributor’s operating hours, which are typically 8:00 am – 5:00 pm local time.
Please contact your local sales or customer service representative for assistance with your order.
Your order will be invoiced based on terms established with the local distributor.
Website Orders
Click here to login and place an order online.
Go to the Order Online page and click the Request Account button.
Go to the Order Online page and click the Password Reset button. Fill in the information on the Password Reset Request form and submit.
Delivery
Local distributors set minimum order thresholds – please contact your sales representative for details and any restrictions that may apply. All factory direct items are subject to manufacturer’s policies regarding minimum order size and case pack requirements, and additional charges may apply.
There are many methods of transportation used for our programs including UPS, Common Carrier, and Distributor truck.
Most stock orders are delivered within 1-3 business days depending on your proximity to your local distributor. Factory Direct orders are placed with the manufacturer within 24 hours of receipt and will be shipped direct to your location pending availability. Typical lead time for a stocked factory direct item is 7-14 business days.
Returns
Please contact your local distributor representative for specific return policy information.
Warranty – Service
The local distributor will be able to put you in touch with both the manufacturer and a local service agency for any product needing service. Go to the Contact page for information to contact a distributor by region.
